"As a sincere fan of Northern Divine caviar, I was thrilled to be able to include it as one of the six mystery Canadian ingredients in the black box competition of the 2013 Canadian Culinary Championships. Each of the competing chefs rose to the challenge in an original and delicious manner, and the judges were mightily impressed by the caviar’s versatility. At the same time, it maintained its integrity throughout in terms of texture and flavour, both of which are exemplary. We loved that it’s a Canadian product and being both organic and sustainable are further points in its favour. Northern Divine is a precious commodity that deserves to be celebrated."
