Baked Sturgeon with Lemon Zest

Ingredients:

-12oz sturgeon meat
-1 red onion or 2 shallots
-1 Tbsp. olive oil
-1 minced garlic clove
-1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
-Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Chop up red onion or shallots finely and place on greased cooking sheet. Take portions of sturgeon and lightly coat them in olive oil. Next rub some minced garlic onto the portions. Season the fish with lemon pepper seasoning or salt and pepper. Finally top the fish with a little lemon zest and squeeze lemon juice all around.

Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
