historic Imperial Bank of Canada building, Catch opened in 2002 to immediate recognition on
enRoute magazine’s list of Canada’s Best New Restaurants. To this day, the restaurant continues
to garner mentions on the “best of” lists of Calgary publications such as Avenue Magazine.
Catch serves 100-percent Ocean Wise-certified seafood, meaning all sea products meet the
criteria of the Vancouver Aquarium’s conservation program designed to educate and empower
