This Canada Day, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and YEW seafood + bar Executive Chef Ned Bell will set off on a challenge that could forever change the future of sustainable seafood in Canada. Last year the always ambitious and greatly passionate Chef Bell launched Chefs for Oceans and cycled across Vancouver Island in support of healthy lakes, rivers and oceans; this year he's taking on the entire country.

This 10 week tour across Canada kicks off on Canada Day in St. John's Newfoundland and will include stops and events in major cities throughout the country before ending in Vancouver on September 11, 2014.  Riding between 140km and 200km each cycling day and hoping to impact as many lives as possible, Chef Bell will hold signature events for media and supporters alike throughout his journey.  With the help of his supporters, sponsors (including Northern Divine who is supplying various restaurants across Canada with certified organic caviar and sturgeon), colleagues and family, this impactful ride will see Chef Bell building support and raising awareness for sustainable seafood from coast to coast.
